“A government big enough to give you everything you want, is strong enough to take everything you have.” Thomas Jefferson, Founding Father, President

The United States of America was founded on Capitalism; the belief that private individuals, not the government, provided a free market with free competition produces the best economy for all.

The American way is the benchmark around the world.

Without the burden of over taxation or over regulation, American’s are rewarded for their hard work and doing their best. Redistribution of wealth is counterproductive and rewards negative behavior. Our Founding Fathers would not have accepted it, nor should we.

“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced if the nation doesn’t want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work instead of living on public assistance.” Cicero, Roman Empire 55 BC

Cicero knew it over 2000 years ago. Our current elected public servants still have not figured it out.

In these economic times across the country businesses are downsizing, consolidating and reducing expenses or are going out of business.

Our government is expanding and spending our money like never before in history. They continue to raise taxes and fees while creating new taxes and fees.

Government arrogance and corruption is out of control. Our elected public servants should be held to a higher standard and more accountability.

“You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friends, is about the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it!” Dr. Adrian Rogers

A Socialized society has never been successful.
